Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of administrative or recruiting support experience.
• Outstanding interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Professional handling of confidential information with sound judgment.
• Strong ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Support MBA recruiting leads by scheduling candidate visits, greeting candidates, and managing communications.
• Coordinate interviews for Consultant/SA positions and manage travel, schedules, and debriefs.
• Attend on- and off-campus events, manage invitations, sign-ups, and materials; support offeree events in Boston.
