Beacon Hill Staffing Group is seeking a Contract Recruiting Assistant to support the Talent Acquisition team during a busy season. The role involves coordinating interview schedules and travel across multiple time zones, managing postings in the ATS, and reporting on candidate activity.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of recruitment coordination experience in a fast-paced environment, with preference for professional services and Greenhouse ATS familiarity.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2+ years of recruitment coordination experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience scheduling interviews & travel across multiple timezones.
• Professional services experience strongly preferred.
• Previous ATS experience (Greenhouse preferred).

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate & manage interview schedules
• Communicate with hiring managers and candidates throughout the interview process
• Manage job postings in the ATS & on external posting sites
• Manage candidate activity & reporting in the ATS
• Support the TA team by managing ad-hoc projects
