Job summary

McKinsey & Company in Washington, DC is seeking a Campus Recruiter to lead on-campus recruiting efforts and attract top talent for the firm’s North America office. You will partner with consultants and leaders to develop and execute recruitment strategies, plan campus events, manage interview days, and guide candidates through the sourcing-to-offer process.

You will own the Summer Internship program for the location, analyze results, and continuously improve processes.

Qualifications

• University degree required.
• 2+ years of recruiting experience, with a preference for experience in hiring for professional services and/or technical roles.
• Strong analytical ability, including high degree of comfort with Excel & PowerPoint.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and teamwork skills with the ability to build great relationships with candidates, consultants at all levels, and recruiting colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-campus recruiting efforts to attract distinctive talent.
• Plan and execute campus events (e.g., presentations, interview days).
• Manage end-to-end candidate progression and onboarding strategies.
• Develop location-specific messaging and value proposition for the DC office.
• Lead Summer Internship program for the location.
• Collaborate with Partners, Professional Development and office leaders to drive recruiting strategy.
