• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Autonomous, self-motivated and eager to learn.

Responsibilities

• Manage job boards like Indeed and other sites for caregiver hiring.
• Establish new recruiting avenues for caregivers.
• Develop relationships with potential caregivers through the hiring process.
• Complete background checks, reference checks, and document collection.
• Coordinate ongoing caregiver documentation per state regulations.
