Homewatch of Princeton/ Bridgewater is seeking a Recruiter/HR Coordinator to lead our recruitment of DSPs and Home Health Aides. The role requires collaboration with peers, a can-do attitude, and the ability to multi-task and manage schedules.

The on-call once a month duty supports scheduling concerns as needed. Essential duties include creating a full-scale recruiting platform, posting jobs, building candidate pools, tracking applications and hires, and maintaining staff files and background

Qualifications

• Experience in recruiting for direct care roles such as DSPs or Home Health Aides.
• Ability to conduct prescreening and employment interviews and manage background checks.
• Strong collaboration with management to develop local recruiting plans and strategies.

Responsibilities

• Lead recruitment efforts for DSPs and Home Health Aides, including screening and hiring.
• Develop and implement recruiting plans, sources, and tactics across channels.
• Post openings, manage job boards, and maintain candidate pipelines.
• Schedule interviews, track metrics, and maintain staff files and documentation.
• Manage recruiting budgets and coordinate with the owner on priorities.

Homewatch of Princeton/ Bridgewater is seeking a Recruiter Coordinator.This position requires compassion and an interest in making a difference in the lives of our clients. In order to succeed in this role, the candidate must possess a can-do attitude, be able to multi-task, and must collaborate effectively with their peers.

The Recruiter/HR Coordinator is responsible for leading our recruitment effort, identifying, interviewing, screening and hiring DSP's, Home Health Aides. This key person will develop local recruiting plans, employ candidate sourcing strategies, create and implement new recruiting tactics. In addition, you will be expected to beon-call once a month, helping with scheduling concerns when needed.

Essential duties and responsibilities include the following:

• Work with the management team to create and implement a full-scale recruiting platform including online and print job advertising, job fairs and ongoing college placement programs.
• Research, recommend and develop new candidate recruiting sources
• Use online recruiting tools to identify and attract job candidates, leverage the Internet for recruitment including social media and professional networking sites.
• Post job openings in newspaper advertisements, online, with professional organizations and educational institutions.
• Develop a pool of qualified candidates while building a deep network to identify and attract qualified candidates.
• Track and report new job candidate applications, new hires and recruiting source effectiveness via Care+
• Conduct prescreening and employment interviews. Hire new employees, complete employee background checks, reference checks and new employee paperwork.
• Manage job boards/platforms
• Develop and manage school relationships
• Maintain digital platforms for newsletter and other messaging
• Manage recruiting budgets as directed by owner
• Ability to complete cold calls as necessary
• Track and report metrics
• Write and review job postings
• Review caregiver intake recorded calls
• Scheduling job interviews and assisting in interview process
• Maintain staff files / make sure documents are current
• Ensuring background and reference checks are completed
