Job summary

SYNERGY HomeCare in Minnesota is seeking a Recruiting Manager to lead caregiver recruitment, oversee the interview and hiring process, and build strong relationships with prospective caregivers across the community.

You will manage the recruiting process, develop new recruiting avenues, conduct background screenings, reference checks, and collect required documents while working in a fast-paced, autonomous role that rewards initiative and results.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience in the home care field is required.
• High school diploma is required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated and eager to learn.

Responsibilities

• Managing the recruiting process for caregivers.
• Establishing new recruiting avenues for caregivers.
• Developing personal relationships with potential caregivers through the hiring process.
• Completing steps of recruiting and hiring, including background screenings, reference checks, and document collection.
