• Experience in recruiting, interviewing, and making hiring decisions preferred.
• Two years of experience in the home care field preferred.
• High school diploma required.

Responsabilités

• Manage the job boards like Indeed and other sites for caregiver hiring.
• Establish new recruiting avenues for caregivers.
• Develop personal relationships with potential caregivers throughout the hiring process.
• Complete background screenings, reference checks, and collect documents.
• Manage ongoing caregiver documentation per state regulations.
