Job summary

SYNERGY HomeCare in New Jersey is hiring a Recruiting Coordinator to attract, screen, and hire compassionate caregivers who will support clients at home. You will manage job postings, conduct initial interviews, and guide candidates through the onboarding process to ensure a smooth start.

Ideal candidates have at least two years in recruiting within the home care field, excellent communication, and strong organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Two years of recruiting experience in home care preferred.
• High school diploma required.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Autonomous, self-motivated and eager to learn.

Responsibilities

• Manage job boards like Indeed and other sites for caregiver hiring.
• Establish new recruiting avenues for caregivers.
• Develop relationships with potential caregivers through the hiring process.
• Complete background checks, reference checks, and document collection.
• Coordinate ongoing caregiver documentation per state regulations.

Role Responsibilities:

• Managing the Job boards like Indeed.com & others for new caregiver hiring
• Establishing new recruiting avenues for excellent caregivers
• Developing personal relationships with potential new caregivers through the hiring process along with existng caregiver team
• Completing necessary steps of the recruiting and hiring process, such as background screenings, reference checks, and collecting documents
• Manage the ongoing documentation needs from caregivers per state regulations

Role Requirements:

• Experience – Knowledge of recruiting, interviewing, and making hiring decisions preferred; two years of experience in the home care field preferred
• Education – High school diploma
• Skills – Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, relationship building, strong communication skills, strong organizational skills
• Characteristics – This is an autonomous position, so we’re looking for individuals that are self-motivated and willing to learn.
