North Bridge Staffing Group is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to join our local recruitment operations team. You will help manage the hiring process from start to finish, ensuring candidates and internal stakeholders have a smooth, efficient experience.

You will organize and run phone, video, and in-person interviews, maintain applicant records, and support campus recruiting events and other recruiting initiatives. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide a top-tier candidate experience with clear, professional communication.

• Keep candidate records current and distribute evaluation forms in the ATS.
• Collaborate with teams outside HR such as office management and facilities.
• Take on additional recruiting-related projects as they arise.
