Job summary

VIVA is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to provide administrative support to recruiters within Talent Acquisition. The role includes interview scheduling, pre-hire data collection and filing, and monitoring background checks.

You will assist with ATS system tasks, candidate movements, and ad hoc reporting. Under supervision, you will help with data entry, order forms, and basic reporting to keep candidate pipelines moving efficiently.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting recruiters and coordinating interviews.
• Ability to collect and file pre-hire data accurately.
• Familiarity with candidate background checks processes.
