Job summary

VIVA is seeking a Sr. HR Analyst focusing on Talent Acquisition/Recruitment. This hybrid role involves remote work with occasional office meetings, typically 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM. You will join a team of HR professionals and drive full-cycle recruitment from posting to offers.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in HR analysis, excellent communication, and strong research/data analysis capabilities. HR certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Human Resources, Business Administration, Personnel Management or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience as an HR analyst or equivalent.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills; strong interpersonal abilities.

JOB SUMMARY
The client is seeking a Human Analyst to join our team. You will be joining a team of dedicated human resources professionals who love what they do!
As the Sr. HR Analyst, you will work in one or more functional areas of Human Resources, specifically in Talent Acquisition/Recruitment. The ideal candidate for this role must be versatile, have a sense of urgency, the ability to multi-task and can switch gears quickly.

Major Responsibilities

• Develops and implements in the full cycle recruitment process (Job posting, souring, resume review, references and job offers).
• Attends job fairs and networking events to promote client positions and branding.
• Using PageUp the client’s ATS.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's in Human Resources, Business Administration, Personnel Management or Any combination of training and experience that meet the knowledge, skills, abilities.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience as an intermediate human resources analyst or equivalent experience.
• Excellent oral and written communication skill; strong interpersonal, phone and customer service skills.
• Knowledge: Researching and compiling information
• Ability: Perform research, collect and analyze data and reports information
• Professional HR Certification, a plus.
