Job summary

Beacon Hill is seeking a highly organized Talent Acquisition Coordinator in Northern Colorado to support recruiting operations and ensure an exceptional candidate experience. This 6-month contract-to-hire role partners with recruiters and HR to streamline scheduling, communications, and onboarding tasks.

You will manage interview calendars, coordinate virtual and in-person sessions, maintain ATS records, generate reports, and assist with workforce development initiatives in a fast-growing

Qualifications

  • 1-2+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR, administrative support, customer service, or related field.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Experience using applicant tracking systems or HR software.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and other business applications.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-service mindset.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate virtual and in-person interviews across departments.
