Job summary

Creative Solutions Services, LLC is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to coordinate interviews and support hiring processes in Charlotte, NC on a 3-month contract. The role is 100% onsite, with a Monday–Friday first shift and a starting pay of $22/hour.

Responsibilities include scheduling interviews, routing requisitions for approvals, backing up recruiters, initiating background checks, maintaining compliant applicant files, and generating ad hoc HR reports.

• Maintain applicant files and ensure records are compliant with company policies and laws
• Collaborate with Recruiters to support company-wide Talent Acquisition services and initiatives
• Provide ad hoc reports and support for special projects as requested by Recruiters or HR Leaders
