Job summary

Cornerstone Caregiving is seeking a Recruiting Manager to work with the Scheduling Manager and report to the Operating Director. The role focuses on recruiting, administering, and supporting operations, including on-call responsibilities.

You will manage caregivers, conduct weekly recruitment and onboarding, assist with intakes, and ensure client satisfaction while complying with state requirements. Travel is limited and transportation is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Associate and/or Bachelor Degree; may substitute Degree requirement with education/experience.
• Minimum of two years' experience as Administrator and/or managing sales, customer service, and human resources functions within an office setting.
• Valid driver\'s license.
• Valid state required proof of auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Caregiver management, including hiring and terminating as needed.
• Recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding caregivers weekly.
• On-call responsibilities for after hours calls and schedule changes.
• Provide general operational and administrative support to the Operating Director.
• Support intakes and ensure client satisfaction through in-home assessments.
• Ensure high-quality client service from calls to in-home consultations.
• Adhere to operating standards and state compliance requirements.
