Cornerstone Caregiving seeks a Recruiting Manager to partner with the Scheduling Manager and Operating Director. The role focuses on recruiting, administrative support, and operating duties, with shared on-call responsibilities. The position requires up-to-date caregiving industry knowledge and strong organizational skills.

The office is located in Burlington, VT, with candidate travel as needed and a valid driver's license. A benefits package, PTO accrual, and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years' experience in administration or managing sales, customer service, and HR functions within an office setting.
• Ability to recruit, interview, hire, and onboard caregivers weekly.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance proof as required by the state.

Responsibilities

• Manage caregivers, including hiring and terminating as needed.
• Recruit, interview, hire, and onboard caregivers weekly.
• Share on-call responsibilities for after-hours client and caregiver communications.
• Provide general operational and administrative support to the Operating Director.
• Support intakes and ensure client satisfaction during in-home assessments.
• Ensure high-quality client service from phone calls to in-home consultations.
