Job summary

Total Quality Logistics seeks a Recruiting Assistant to support a top Recruiter in all stages of the recruitment process. You will source candidates, screen resumes, schedule interviews, and keep ATS/CRM data up-to-date while ensuring a best-in-class candidate experience.

• Assist in preparing interview materials and background documents.
• Support the Recruiter with day-to-day responsibilities.
