Job summary

Total Quality Logistics seeks a Recruiting Assistant to support a top recruiter with candidate sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and maintaining profiles in ATS/CRM. You will help ensure a best-in-class candidate experience in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include preparing interview materials, coordinating the process end-to-end, and handling sensitive information with discretion. Base salary is $40,000 with strong benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Prior customer service or recruiting experience preferred, but not required.
• Ability to communicate effectively with candidates, team members, and hiring managers
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong organizational skills, effectively managing a large volume of tasks
• High sense of urgency and adaptability, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to handle sensitive information with utmost discretion and maintain a high-level of professionalism
• Proficient with MS Office products

Responsibilities

• Sourcing and screening candidates by reviewing resumes, conducting initial phone screenings, and assessing candidate qualifications
• Coordinate and schedule interviews through the entire selection process
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date candidate data in our applicant tracking system (ATS) and candidate relationship management system (CRM)
• Assist in preparing interview materials, including interview guides, candidate assessments and testing, candidate evaluation forms, and background documents
• Support the Recruiter with other day-to-day responsibilities as needed
