Based in Cincinnati, OH, you will prepare interview materials, assist with day‑to‑day tasks, and contribute to a best‑in‑class candidate experience, with a competitive $40,000 base salary and solid benefits.

Qualifications

• Sourcing and screening candidates to assess qualifications.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews through the process.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date candidate data in ATS/CRM.
• Prepare interview materials and assessments.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing and screening candidates, reviewing resumes and conducting initial phone screenings.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews through the full selection process.
• Maintain candidate data in ATS/CRM and ensure data integrity.
• Prepare interview materials, guides, assessments, and background documents.
• Support the Recruiter with day-to-day tasks as needed.
