Qualifications

• 2+ years related administrative support experience in high-volume recruitment and onboarding.
• 1+ year experience using ATS systems.
• MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook proficiency.

• Support full-cycle recruitment (pre-screening, interviewing, and onboarding).
• Coordinate onboarding processes and background checks.
• Post and manage job advertisements; track recruitment data.
• Assist with candidate communications and scheduling.
