Stange Law Firm, PC in Clayton, Missouri is seeking a full-time Recruiting Assistant to support the Recruiting Director. Hours are 9:00 am-5:00 pm, Monday-Friday, with hourly pay of 16–18/hour. The role includes interviewing applicants, ATS management, posting openings, background/reference checks, and general HR duties.

Excellent communication and reliability are essential. Ideal candidates may have an HR degree or progress toward one and a high school diploma.

Qualifications

• Assist in interviewing applicants for employment opportunities.
• Assist in managing the Applicant Tracking System.
• Assist in posting and maintaining open job positions.
• Coordinate background checks, references and assessments.
• Moderate typing and strong communication skills.
• Some recruiting knowledge or experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist in contacting and interviewing applicants for employment opportunities.
• Assist in managing the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Post and maintain open job positions at the firm.
• Provide recommendations and analysis on applicants, including background checks and reference checks.
• Support HR duties as needed and foster community relationships.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to EEO guidelines.
• Perform other reasonable tasks as requested.
