Job description

Axyde Analytics is recruiting a Recruiting and Human Resources Specialist for anticipated DLA fuels services. This is an award-contingent role supporting staffing and recruiting activities for Montana and Wyoming sites, including onboarding, screening coordination, labor-relations support, and HR administration tied to regulated operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support safe and reliable aircraft and ground fuel services by maintaining accountable operations and a fully qualified site team within your assigned discipline.
  • Recruit trade and cleared service-contract workforces to support site staffing needs.
  • Support contingent offers, onboarding, screening coordination, and leave and benefits administration.
  • Provide labor-relations support as needed for staffing and workforce management requirements.
  • Protect applicant records and do not request classified records.
  • Ensure applicable site orientation, safety, environmental or spill training, task qualifications, and base access are completed prior to unsupervised duty.
  • Coordinate personnel clearances and system access to align with actual duties.
  • Use evidence-based recruiting for regulated operations, including dated experience verification, qualification screening, primary and alternate matching, secure credential checks, award-contingent offers, and workforce availability and retention planning.
  • Provide dated recruiting and HR assignments, including examples of role-specific screening.
  • Verify employment and credentials through authorized channels; obtain medical and clearance evidence only through the appropriate secure process.
  • Explain how each proposed seat is filled with a named, available, qualified person and a signed priced commitment, and how gaps or expiring credentials are routed to training and site managers before scheduling.
  • During screening, provide dated, role-specific examples, including course or license names, issuers, completion dates, and expiration dates where applicable.
  • Ensure current site-specific permissions may be completed during mobilization; these actions do not waive required experience or credentials.
  • Record qualification for each named person and for each primary and alternate task.
Required Qualifications
  • Ability to support recruiting and HR activities tied to contingent offers, onboarding, screening coordination, leave and benefits administration, and labor-relations support.
  • Ability to protect applicant records and do not request classified records.
  • Provide a resume including dated relevant assignments and specific duties, as well as relevant course names and dates, licenses and endorsements, and expiration dates where applicable.
  • Availability for the location, required hours, mobilization, and recall.
  • Relocation needs and compensation expectations.
  • Do not submit classified information, Social Security numbers, or sensitive clearance documents.
  • Demonstrated evidence-based recruiting for regulated operations, including dated experience verification, qualification screening, primary and alternate matching, secure credential checks, award-contingent offers, and workforce availability and retention planning.
  • Verification of employment and credentials through authorized channels, and obtaining medical or clearance evidence only through the appropriate secure process.
  • No inference of qualification from job titles or military occupational codes alone.
Schedule and Work Location
  • Corporate program role supporting both Montana and Wyoming sites.
  • Planned allocation of 40 hours per week on average, with agreed mobilization, travel, and surge requirements.
  • Work location and any remote or hybrid arrangement will be agreed before an offer; security-sensitive duties require an approved work environment.
  • This position is an Axyde employee role and is not an independent-contractor engagement.
Compensation and Offer Basis

Pay and benefits will reflect applicable wage determinations, collective bargaining requirements, and the accepted written offer.

Role-Specific Verification and Assignment Prerequisites
  • Demonstrate evidence-based recruiting for regulated operations, including dated experience verification, qualification screening, primary or alternate matching, secure credential checks, award-contingent offers, and workforce availability and retention planning.
  • Provide dated recruiting and HR assignments and examples of role-specific screening.
  • Verify employment and credentials through authorized channels, with medical and clearance evidence obtained only through the appropriate secure process.
  • Do not assume qualification based on title or military occupational code alone.
Practical Assessment and Competence Evaluation
  • Explain how each proposed seat is assigned to a named, available, qualified person with a signed priced commitment, including how gaps and expiring credentials reach training and site managers before scheduling.
  • During screening, provide dated role-specific examples and include course or license names, issuers, completion dates, and expiration dates where applicable.
  • Axyde will verify relevant evidence and assess practical competence prior to assigning independent duties.
  • Current site-specific permissions may be completed during mobilization, without waiving required experience or credentials.
  • Qualification will be recorded for each named person and for each primary and alternate task.
  • Do not send Social Security numbers, medical records, license numbers, or sensitive clearance documentation with the initial application; secure verification will be arranged.
Additional Conditions Before Independent Duty
  • Complete applicable site orientation, safety, environmental or spill training, task qualifications, and base access prior to unsupervised duty.
  • Personnel clearances and system access must match actual duties.
  • TM, acting-TM, and fuel-accounting roles require appropriate clearances under the solicitation; final level and timing remain subject to Government confirmation.
  • No clearance sponsorship is promised.
