EmployBridge, LLC is seeking an on-site Recruiter in Grand Prairie, TX. The role involves meeting with teams to develop attractive candidate outreach and using marketing skills to promote openings across postings and social channels.

You will interview candidates, build a strong pipeline, and coordinate steps like background checks and I-9s to move hires forward, while managing 40+ customers daily and leveraging VMS tools as applicable.

Qualificações

• 3+ years recruiting & staffing experience
• Ability to manage 40+ customers daily
• Experience with VMS systems a plus
• Ability to assess, delegate and follow up with customer orders/internal team

• Meet with your team to brainstorm new and exciting ways to get great people to work

• Use your people skills and interview techniques to find the right candidate to fill our great opportunities
• Continue to build a pipeline of people and actively look for a way to impact order fulfillment
• As you find the right people for the job, you will conduct the drug screen, background check, and I-9’s so we can get them to work!

Requirements:

• Recruiting & staffing experience 3+ years
• Ability to manage 40+customers on a daily basis
• Experience with VMS systems a plus!
• Ability to assess, delegate and provide follow up with customer orders/requests & internal team
