Job summary

EmployBridge in Nashville, TN is seeking a Recruiter to join our staffing team. You will attract and place top candidates, manage a robust pipeline, and collaborate with clients to fill roles efficiently.

The role emphasizes sourcing creativity, candidate screening, and coordinating background checks, drug screens, and I-9 processing to get hires started quickly.

Qualifications

• 3+ years recruiting and staffing experience.
• Ability to manage 40+ customers daily.
• Experience with VMS systems is a plus.
• Ability to assess, delegate and follow up with orders and internal teams.
• Leadership exposure or experience is a plus.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English.

Responsibilities

• Meet with your team to brainstorm new and exciting ways to get great people to work
• You will use your creative thinking to think outside of the box to attract candidates
• Apply your marketing skills to our postings, social media sites, and the community to help us stand apart
• Use your people skills and interview techniques to find the right candidate to fill our great opportunities
• Continue to build a pipeline of people and actively look for a way to impact order fulfillment
• As you find the right people for the job, you will conduct the drug screen, background check, and I-9's so we can get them to work!

Requirements:

• Recruiting & staffing experience 3+ years
• Ability to manage 40+customers on a daily basis
• Experience with VMS systems a plus!
• Ability to assess, delegate and provide follow up with customer orders/requests & internal team
• Leadership exposure/experience a plus!
• Bilingual (Spanish & English)
