Job summary

EmployBridge in Grand Prairie, TX is seeking a Recruiter to join our team. You will source, screen, and place candidates for our clients, while building a strong local pipeline.

This role emphasizes collaboration with account teams, delivering timely results, and leveraging our network to fill opportunities with accuracy and speed. A base salary plus bonus and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• 3+ years Recruiting & Staffing experience.
• Must be able to manage 40+ customers daily.
• Experience with VMS systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Brainstorm creative ways to attract great candidates.
• Improve postings and use social media to stand out.
• Interview candidates to fill opportunities.
• Build a pipeline of talent for order fulfillment.
• Coordinate drug screens, background checks, and I-9s.

• Meet with your team to brainstorm new and exciting ways to get great people to work
• You will use your creative thinking to think outside of the box to attract candidates
• Apply your marketing skills to our postings, social media sites, and the community to help us stand apart
• Use your people skills and interview techniques to find the right candidate to fill our great opportunities
• Continue to build a pipeline of people and actively look for a way to impact order fulfillment
• As you find the right people for the job, you will conduct the drug screen, background check, and I-9’s so we can get them to work!

Requirements:

• Recruiting & staffing experience 3+ years
• Ability to manage 40+customers on a daily basis
• Experience with VMS systems a plus!
• Ability to assess, delegate and provide follow up with customer orders/requests & internal team
