Job summary

EmployBridge is seeking a Field Recruiter in Chattanooga, TN to help connect great people with great jobs. You will brainstorm ways to attract candidates, market postings across channels, and interview to fill opportunities with a focus on timely fulfillment.

You will build a candidate pipeline, coordinate with internal teams, and complete required checks (drug screen, background, and I-9) to get hires started. A bilingual Spanish/English advantage is noted.

Qualifications

• Recruiting and staffing experience is a plus.
• Ability to manage 40+ customers daily.
• Assess, delegate and follow up with customer orders and internal team.
• Bilingual Spanish & English is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Meet with your team to brainstorm new and exciting ways to get great people to work
• You will use your creative thinking to think outside of the box to attract candidates
• Apply your marketing skills to our postings, social media sites, and the community to help us stand apart
• Use your people skills and interview techniques to find the right candidate to fill our great opportunities
• Continue to build a pipeline of people and actively look for a way to impact order fulfillment
• As you find the right people for the job, you will conduct the drug screen, background check, and I-9’s so we can get them to work!

Requirements

• Recruiting & staffing experience is a plus!
