Job summary

EmployBridge is seeking a Recruiter in the United States with a focus on recruiting and staffing. You will brainstorm, attract candidates, market postings, interview talents, and build a robust candidate pipeline to fulfill orders.

The role involves managing 40+ customers daily and performing required pre-employment steps (drug screen, background checks, I-9s). The base salary ranges from $60,000 to $65,000 annually, depending on experience and location.

Qualifications

• 3+ years recruiting and staffing experience.
• Ability to manage 40+ customers daily.
• Experience with VMS systems is a plus.
• Ability to assess, delegate and provide follow-up with customer orders/requests & internal team.

Requirements:

• Recruiting & staffing experience 3+ years
• Ability to manage 40+customers on a daily basis
• Experience with VMS systems a plus!
• Ability to assess, delegate and provide follow up with customer orders/requests & internal team

The anticipated annual base salary for this position is $60,000 to $65,000. The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.
