Job summary

EmployBridge is seeking a Field Recruiter for Greensboro, NC. This contract role focuses on finding great candidates, building a robust pipeline, and partnering with teams to fill opportunities quickly. You will brainstorm, market postings, and leverage social media to attract strong applicants.

Bilingual Spanish and English is a plus. You will screen, interview, and coordinate background checks, drug screens, and I-9 paperwork to move candidates into work swiftly.

Qualifications

• Recruiting & staffing experience a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple customers on a daily basis.
• Ability to assess, delegate and provide follow up with customer orders/requests & internal team.
• Bilingual (Spanish & English).
