Job summary

EmployBridge, LLC is seeking a Field Recruiter for Denver, CO to help find great people for our opportunities. You will brainstorm with the team to attract candidates, and use creative marketing across postings and social channels to stand out in the market.

You'll interview and place candidates while building a robust pipeline for our orders. The role emphasizes managing multiple customer orders daily, coordinating screenings, background checks, and I-9 processing to get hires started,

Qualifications

• 3+ years recruiting & staffing experience is a plus.
• Ability to manage 40+ customers daily.
• Ability to assess, delegate and provide follow-up with orders & internal team.
• Bilingual Spanish & English is a plus.

Responsibilities

A day as a Recruiter might look like the following:

• Meet with your team to brainstorm new and exciting ways to get great people to work
• You will use your creative thinking to think outside of the box to attract candidates
• Apply your marketing skills to our postings, social media sites, and the community to help us stand apart
• Use your people skills and interview techniques to find the right candidate to fill our great opportunities
• Continue to build a pipeline of people and actively look for a way to impact order fulfillment
• As you find the right people for the job, you will conduct the drug screen, background check, and I-9’s so we can get them to work!

Requirements:

• Recruiting & staffing experience 3+ years is a plus!
• Ability to manage 40+customers on a daily basis
• Ability to assess, delegate and provide follow up with customer orders/requests & internal team
• Bilingual (Spanish & English) is a plus!
