Job summary

EmployBridge in Denver, CO is seeking a Field Recruiter to source, attract, and place great talent across multiple teams. You’ll brainstorm new recruiting strategies, craft compelling postings, and use social media to stand out.

The role involves interviewing candidates, building a robust pipeline, and coordinating background checks, drug screens, and I-9s to move people to work. A minimum of recruiting and staffing experience is preferred, with the ability to manage 40+ customers daily;

Qualifications

• Recruiting and staffing experience is a plus.
• Ability to manage 40+ customers daily.
• Ability to assess, delegate and follow up with customer orders/requests & internal team.
• Bilingual Spanish & English is a plus.

• Meet with your team to brainstorm new and exciting ways to get great people to work


• You will use your creative thinking to think outside of the box to attract candidates


• Apply your marketing skills to our postings, social media sites, and the community to help us stand apart


• Use your people skills and interview techniques to find the right candidate to fill our great opportunities


• Continue to build a pipeline of people and actively look for a way to impact order fulfillment


• As you find the right people for the job, you will conduct the drug screen, background check, and I-9’s so we can get them to work!

Requirements

• Recruiting & staffing experience 3+ years is a plus!


• Ability to manage 40+customers on a daily basis


• Ability to assess, delegate and provide follow up with customer orders/requests & internal team


• Bilingual (Spanish & English) is a plus!
