Amergis Healthcare Staffing offers a Recruiter Trainee Program designed to develop sourcing, screening, selecting and placing skills. Trainees are non-exempt and paid $25.30 per hour during training (about 13 weeks), with potential overtime at leadership discretion.

Upon successful completion, you are promoted to Recruiter 1 as an exempt employee earning $80,168 annually plus uncapped commissions. Location is WA with full-time, on-site work across Mountlake Terrace, Spokane, and Tacoma.

Responsabilidades

• Manage a diverse daily workload across Recruiting, Operations, Reporting, and Meetings.
• Collaborate in a fast paced, team oriented environment with shared phone coverage and rapid response expectations.
• Prioritize premium roles and maintain strong, high value candidate pipelines.
• Leverage multiple recruitment technologies to source, engage, and cold call prospective candidates.
• Support incoming calls from Healthcare Professionals (HCPs), School Based Professionals (SBPs), and clients, ensuring timely and accurate assistance.
• Review and navigate the full onboarding workflow while developing deep familiarity with Amergis requirements and processes.
