Amergis Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Recruiter Trainee who will begin in an hourly training role and, upon successful completion, advance to Recruiter 1 with a salary and uncapped commission potential. The program provides hands‑on leadership and collaboration with experienced teammates to build deep sourcing, screening, and placing capabilities.

During training, earn $23.28 per hour with possible overtime; after promotion, you’ll be an exempt employee earning a base salary of $70,304 plus

Responsibilities

• Manage a diverse daily workload across Recruiting, Operations, Reporting, and Meetings.
• Collaborate in a fast paced, team oriented environment with shared phone coverage and rapid response expectations.
• Prioritize premium roles and maintain strong candidate pipelines.
• Leverage multiple recruitment technologies to source, engage, and cold call prospective candidates.
• Support incoming calls from Healthcare Professionals, School Based Professionals, and clients, with timely assistance.
• Review onboarding workflow and align with Amergis requirements and processes.
