Amergis Healthcare Staffing is offering a Recruiter Trainee Program in the United States designed to develop the core skills of a recruiter, including sourcing, screening, selecting and placing. Trainees learn from an experienced leader and team members to gain the knowledge, tools, and resources for success.

Trainees are paid $23.28 per hour during the first 13 weeks of training. After successful completion, you will be promoted to Recruiter 1 with a salary of $70,300 and uncapped commission

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; proficiency in English required.
• Ability to attract top talent while using technology to build networks.
• A candidate who is action oriented and results driven – frequently exceeding KPIs.

Responsabilités

• Manage a diverse daily workload across recruiting, operations, reporting and meetings.
• Collaborate in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with shared phone coverage and rapid response expectations.
• Prioritize premium roles and maintain strong, high-value candidate pipelines.
• Leverage multiple recruitment technologies to source, engage, and cold-call prospective candidates.
• Support inbound calls from Healthcare Professionals, School Based Professionals, and clients, ensuring timely and accurate assistance.
• Review and navigate the full onboarding workflow while developing familiarity with Amergis requirements and processes.
