Responsibilities

• Manage workload across Recruiting, Operations, Reporting, and Meetings.
• Collaborate in a fast-paced, team environment with shared phone coverage.
• Prioritize premium roles and maintain high-value candidate pipelines.
• Source, engage, and cold-call candidates using recruitment tech.
• Support calls from Healthcare Professionals, SBPs, and clients with timely assistance.
• Navigate onboarding and learn Amergis requirements and processes.
