• Manage diverse daily workload across Recruiting, Operations, Reporting, and Meetings.
• Collaborate in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with shared phone coverage.
• Prioritize premium roles and maintain high-value candidate pipelines.
• Leverage multiple recruitment technologies to source, engage, and cold-call candidates.
• Support incoming calls from Healthcare Professionals, School Based Professionals, and clients.
• Navigate the full onboarding workflow and learn Amergis requirements and processes.
