During training, trainees are non-exempt and paid $21.26 per hour for about 13 weeks; upon successful completion you become a Recruiter 1 with a salary of $52,500 and uncapped commission potential.

• Ability to attract top talent using technology to build networks.
• Action oriented and results-driven—often exceeding KPIs.

Responsabilités

• Manage a diverse daily workload across Recruiting, Operations, Reporting, and Meetings.
• Collaborate in a fast paced, team oriented environment with shared phone coverage and rapid response expectations.
• Prioritize premium roles and maintain strong, high value candidate pipelines.
• Leverage multiple recruitment technologies to source, engage, and cold call prospective candidates.
• Support incoming calls from Healthcare Professionals, School Based Professionals, and clients, ensuring timely and accurate assistance.
• Review and navigate the onboarding workflow while learning Amergis requirements and processes.
