Responsibilities

• Manage a diverse daily workload across recruiting, operations, reporting, and meetings.

• Prioritize premium roles and maintain high-value candidate pipelines.
• Leverage recruitment technologies to source, engage, and cold-call candidates.
• Support incoming calls from healthcare professionals, school-based professionals, and clients.
• Navigate onboarding workflows and learn Amergis requirements and processes.
