Job summary

The Recruiter, Support Center at CAVA is responsible for full-cycle recruitment across corporate teams including Marketing, Finance, Technology, Legal and Supply Chain. You will lead strategic sourcing, deliver an exceptional candidate experience, and build a strong talent pipeline for our growing business.

Collaborate with hiring managers and People and Culture to understand role requirements, manage requisitions in HARRI, and track recruitment metrics.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience filling high-volume, multi-location leadership roles.
• Travel up to 10% for events and market support.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Handle full-cycle recruitment for Support Center roles including phone screens and offers.
• Coordinate interviews and partner with hiring managers on role requirements.
• Build diverse pipelines through sourcing strategies and referrals.
• Use HARRI ATS to manage requisitions and track metrics.
• Deliver a positive candidate experience with timely communication.
• Collaborate with People and Culture and onboarding teams.
