Qualifications

• 3+ to 6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with emphasis on university relations.
• Proven track record building campus pipelines and engaging student talent.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication; comfortable presenting to groups.
• Experience working in a global, cross-functional team.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end campus recruiting for university graduates, interns, and apprentices.
• Build and maintain relationships with target universities, career centers, student groups, and faculty.
• Plan virtual and in-person recruitment events, tech talks, hackathons, and career fairs.
• Champion diversity and inclusion in hiring practices and sourcing strategies.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and corporate hiring managers to forecast needs.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience with high-touch communication.
• Track pipeline metrics and program ROI to optimize recruitment strategies.
