Job summary

CAVA is seeking a Support Center Recruiter in Washington, DC to lead end-to-end hiring for corporate Support Center roles. You will source strong candidates, run structured screening and assessments, schedule interviews, and coordinate offers with hiring managers and People & Culture partners.

Use recruiting metrics to build pipelines, improve quality of hire, and ensure a positive candidate experience. Travel up to 10% and represent the company at local events as needed.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of full-cycle recruiting in fast-paced environments.
• Experience filling high-volume, multi-location leadership roles.
• Ability to advise and influence operational partners throughout the process.
• Detail-oriented with strong communication, time management and organization.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems; HARRI familiarity is a plus.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% for events and market support.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruitment for Support Center roles, including screening and coordination.
• Collaborate with managers to understand role requirements and goals.
• Build diverse pipelines through sourcing, networks, events and referrals.
• Use assessment tools to ensure quality of hire and culture-fit.
• Manage requisitions, pipelines, and hiring metrics using HARRI and other tools.
• Maintain a positive candidate experience through clear communication.
• Partner with People & Culture and onboarding teams for smooth transitions.
• Track and report time-to-fill, source of hire, and offer acceptance.
• Stay current on recruiting trends and best practices.
• Support special projects and represent CAVA at events as needed.
