Job summary

Canadian Association of Virtual Assistants (CAVA) is hiring a Recruiter for the Support Center to manage full-cycle recruitment across Marketing, Finance, Technology, Legal, and more. You will build diverse talent pipelines, use HARRI ATS, and partner with hiring managers to support rapid growth.

This role emphasizes a best-in-class candidate experience, collaboration with People & Culture, and metrics-driven hiring. Travel up to 10% for events and market support is required.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience with high-volume, multi-location leadership roles.
• Strong sourcing and candidate assessment experience.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.
• Familiarity with HARRI ATS.
• Willingness to travel up to 10%.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Handle all aspects of the recruitment lifecycle for Support Center roles, including phone screens and assessments.
• Coordinate interview scheduling and partner with hiring managers on offers.
• Build diverse candidate pipelines using social media, job boards, networking, referrals and partnerships.
• Utilize assessment tools to enhance quality of hire and ensure cultural fit.
• Use HARRI and other tools to manage requisitions and hiring metrics.
• Deliver a positive and engaging candidate experience with clear communication.
• Collaborate with People and Culture and onboarding teams for smooth transitions.
