Job summary

Peyton Resource Group is seeking a motivated Recruiter to join our Irving, TX team, onsite to begin, focusing on sourcing, screening, and coordinating qualified candidates for client opportunities. The ideal candidate brings 1–3 years of high-volume recruiting experience and a knack for building lasting relationships.

You will support multiple industries, manage candidate pipelines, and work with management to deliver an exceptional experience for clients and candidates.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of staffing agency or similar high-volume recruiting experience.

Responsibilities

• Source, identify, and contact potential candidates for open positions.
• Screen and qualify candidates based on client requirements and job fit.
• Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Maintain accurate and timely candidate records within the internal database/ATS.
• Present qualified candidates to the management team and clients.
• Assist with onboarding activities for new hires and contractors.
• Build and maintain strong candidate relationships and talent pipelines.
• Support recruiting efforts across a variety of industries, markets, and position types, gaining exposure to diverse client needs and hiring environments.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Strong organizational and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, professional, and eager to learn.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
