Job summary

A boutique staffing firm in New York City is seeking an Associate to build and manage client relationships while sourcing and interviewing candidates. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of experience in staffing or recruiting, with a strong focus on IT. This full-time position offers a base salary plus uncapped commissions, a clear promotion path, and a supportive team culture.

• 2+ years of staffing, recruiting, sales, or consulting experience (IT strongly preferred).

Base pay range

$55,000.00/yr - $100,000.00/yr
