We seek a results-oriented recruiter who will build client relationships, source candidates, and guide the hiring process from interview to offer at our fully onsite New York City office.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in staffing or related fields, strong BD and relationship skills, and a proactive, organized mindset.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of staffing, recruiting, sales, or consulting experience (IT strongly preferred).
• Strong business development and relationship-building skills.
• Organized, proactive, and motivated by results.
