As a Senior Principal Recruiter, you'll be the matchmaker extraordinaire, connecting top talent with exciting opportunities. Here's what you'll be doing:

• Hunt down top-notch candidates and match them with dream roles at our corporate clients.
• Dive into resumes and conduct killer phone and video interviews to find the perfect fit.
• Be the ultimate wingman/woman – assist with interview prep and all communications, including extending those golden job offers.
• Keep things organized and on track by updating client and applicant files in our system.
• Crush those hiring goals to keep our clients happy and coming back for more.
• Team up with hiring managers to make sure their staffing needs are met and exceeded.
• Ready for anything – tackle other projects and functions in our fast-paced environment like the rockstar you are!

Recruiter Qualifications:

• Got what it takes? We're looking for at least 3 years of rock-solid Agency Recruiting & Technical Recruiting experience.
• Speed is your middle name – thrive in a deadline-driven, fast-paced environment.
• You know the recruitment lifecycle like the back of your hand.
• Tech-savvy? Even better! Proficiency with Bullhorn, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other ATS and search tools is a big plus.
• Must be able to commute to our Midtown Manhattan Office
