Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Proven success sourcing passive candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Organized and detail-oriented with multi-requisition management.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment activities, from intake meetings and sourcing through offer negotiations and onboarding support.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify qualified candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruitment tools.
• Actively build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Present company culture, career growth opportunities, and compensation structures in a way that encourages candidate engagement.
• Conduct candidate screenings and assess qualifications, experience, and overall fit for open positions.
• Coordinate interviews and facilitate communication between candidates and hiring managers throughout the process.
• Track applicant activity and maintain accurate recruiting records within the applicant tracking system.
• Partner with hiring leaders to understand workforce needs and provide recruiting updates and market feedback.
• Support recruiting efforts for positions primarily located in the Minneapolis area, with occasional recruitment projects supporting teams in Arkansas, Ohio, and other regions.
• Ensure a smooth, professional, and positive candidate experience from initial outreach through hire.
