This role will support the full-cycle recruitment process for non-teaching positions, including School Managers and Business Operations Managers, with a strong focus on candidate interviewing and hiring. The recruiter will partner with hiring leaders, manage candidates through the recruiting lifecycle, and help meet critical hiring goals during a high-volume hiring period.

The ideal candidate will have early-career recruiting experience and be looking to grow within a mission-driven talent acquisition environment.

• Bachelor's degree, required.
• 1+ years of recruiting experience, required.
• Full-cycle recruiting experience from sourcing through offer acceptance, required.
• Experience supporting hiring for corporate, operations, administrative, or school-based non-instructional roles, preferred.
• Experience working within education, nonprofit, or mission-driven organizations, preferred.

The hourly rate for this role is $30-$34/hr. Compensation is commensurate with experience.
