Job summary

Beacon Hill Staffing Group, LLC in Boston, MA is seeking a Senior Recruiter to manage full lifecycle recruiting in a hybrid role. You will partner with leadership and hiring managers, guiding candidates from kickoff to offer and acceptance, while maintaining an engaging interview process and strong relationships with clients.

In this role you will build robust pipelines for finance and other functions, contribute to employer branding at events, and ensure a best-in-class candidate experience

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of full lifecycle recruiting experience.
• Experience managing multiple requisitions independently.
• Workday experience preferred.

Senior Recruiter

Location: Hybrid in Boston, MA (onsite 4 days/week)

A Boston-based financial services client is looking to hire a Senior Recruiter to manage full lifecycle recruiting from kick-off meetings to offer acceptance. This is both a strategic and hands-on role, working closely with leadership, hiring managers, and candidates throughout the interview process.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle recruitment process for a wide variety of roles

• 5+ years of full lifecycle recruiting experience, including managing a wide variety of requisitions independently at one time
• Professional services recruiting experience strongly preferred
• Workday experience strongly preferred
