Job summary

Beacon Hill Staffing Group, LLC is seeking an experienced Recruiter to manage the full recruitment lifecycle for positions ranging from entry-level to executive leadership roles. This role sources, screens, interviews, and guides candidates while partnering with hiring managers to deliver effective talent strategies and build strong pipelines.

The position emphasizes strong candidate experiences, ongoing reporting, and collaboration with HR and business leaders to meet staffing objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience preferred.
• Experience recruiting for multiple levels of talent, including professional and leadership positions.
• Strong sourcing and talent pipeline development skills.
• Excellent interviewing, relationship-building, and candidate management abilities.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience working with applicant tracking systems and recruiting technologies.
• Analytical mindset with experience tracking recruiting metrics and reporting outcomes.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting from sourcing through offer acceptance
• Develop and execute recruitment strategies for entry-level through executive-level positions
• Partner with hiring managers and HR stakeholders to define hiring needs and recruitment processes
• Review and refine job descriptions to align with business objectives and market demands
• Source candidates through job boards, networking, referrals, social media, and other recruiting channels
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs
• Conduct candidate screenings, interviews, and assessments
• Present qualified candidates and facilitate interview coordination
• Negotiate compensation packages and extend employment offers
• Maintain candidate relationships and ensure a positive candidate experience
• Track recruiting activity and measure effectiveness using recruiting metrics and data analysis
• Generate regular reports on sourcing, hiring trends, and recruitment performance
• Participate in recruiting process improvements and talent acquisition projects

This position is responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and guiding candidates through the hiring process while partnering with hiring managers to deliver effective talent acquisition strategies and build strong talent pipelines.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Pay Rate: $40-$46
• Schedule: Monday through Friday
• Start Date: Immediate Opening

Key Responsibilities
