We are searching for a Recruiter-Level 1 on behalf of our client. This is a 1-year contract assignment. (W-2) The person would be a skilled Recruiter who thrives on the challenge of finding hard-to-find talent and building trusted relationships. In this role, you’ll manage full-cycle recruitment across a variety of roles, partnering closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and deliver top talent. You’ll own everything from sourcing and screening to closing candidates all while creating a positive, seamless experience for everyone involved.

Location Position is based in Juno Beach, FL. 33408 and In the Office - 5 days per week.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Prior experience, ideally at agency and corporate
• Passion for sourcing and a proven ability to find and engage hard-to-reach talent
• Strong relationship-building skills with hiring managers, candidates, and peers
• Experience with sourcing tools and platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, ATS systems)
• Excellent communication, organization, and prioritization skills
• Commitment to delivering great experiences for candidates and stakeholders alike

We are committed to transparency and equity in all of our people practices. The base salary range for this position, which is dependent upon experience, qualifications and skills, is estimated to be $32.00/hr. to $37.00/hr.
