EmployBridge in Saint Louis, MO is seeking a Recruiter for in-office, contract/temporary staffing. Hours are Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm, with no remote work. You will build a strong candidate pipeline, screen applicants, and coordinate onboarding tasks to fulfill client orders.

The role emphasizes high-volume recruiting, bilingual capabilities, and collaboration with a team to attract top talent for manufacturing and industrial roles.

Qualifications

• Prior recruiting experience preferred but not required.
• Industrial staffing or manufacturing recruiting preferred.
• Ability to manage 40+ customers daily.
• Strong interviewing and assessment skills.

Responsabilités

• Meet with team to brainstorm recruiting strategies.

• Meet with your team to brainstorm new and exciting ways to get great people to work


• You will use your creative thinking to think outside of the box to attract candidates


• Apply your marketing skills to our postings, social media sites, and the community to help us stand apart


• Use your people skills and interview techniques to find the right candidate to fill our great opportunities


• Continue to build a pipeline of people and actively look for a way to impact order fulfillment


• As you find the right people for the job, you will conduct the drug screen, background check, and I-9’s so we can get them to work!

Requirements:

• Recruiting & staffing experience preferred, but not required


• Industrial Recruiting or Recruiting in Manufacturing preferred


• Must have high volume recruiting with a sense of urgency!


• Bilingual (Spanish/English) encouraged to apply


• Ability to manage 40+ customers on a daily basis


• Experience with MS Office


• Ability to assess, delegate and provide follow up with customer orders/requests & internal team
